In order to assure that a pressline is in full working order after it has been relocated and thus lay the foundation for profitable operation, we can offer you the following services:  

• Checking the current condition of the press including test printing
• Program protection
• Support in preparing the site where the press is to be relocated including the provision of foundation plans
• Schedule and logistics planning for the move
• Professional dismantling and re-assembly of the entire press system including removal, transport and delivery to the new location
• Commissioning all components right through to production start-up
• Production monitoring and operator training

We can of course also provide you with press environment services such as connection to an after-burner system with heat recovery, or a CIP3 link to your prepress operations.

Carrying out service and maintenance tasks on the individual components while the press is dismantled can also be very beneficial, making effective use of the time the press is out of production to get it into optimal condition for the re-start.
